GREAT Buell deals being found!
This price sticker was spotted by Asphalt and Rubber in the SF/Bay Area.
So, its a great time to go out and pick up a steal of a deal on a new Buell. Sadly, if there had been more interest in the first place we might still see the Buell being made, but for the sake of seeing a few more on the road, the time to buy is NOW, especially given the Federal stimulus tax incentive

Damn… if only!
Well, Buells are on at fire-sale prices. The purge is ongoing. As a Buell owner for the past 5 years, I can’t begin to describe how diappointed I am with H-D, who decided to shut down Buell even though the company was profitable (sales have been growing quickly, and the future was actually looking very good). However, I’m sure my disappointment pales compares to that of Erik Buell, who’s had his life’s work basically destroyed at one fell swoop by the bean-counters at H-D.
And that’s the problem…H-D management has lost touch with the motorcycle community (they’re now headed up by a guy who’s never even learned to ride before taking over the company–and I’m sure his current interest has as much to do with PR as anything else).
Anyway, that’s my rant.
