John Day Fossil Beds Visitor Center
This was an amazing place with people just primed to give the tour. There was a viewing area where they uncover the fossils showing all the equipment they use to discoveries. They gave lectures. It was nearly overkill for the small amount of visitors.

The bike seemed miraculously healed and happy to be out. Another day of riding epiphany!
Joined the beemer crew for a nice dinner and a most excellent cocktail…I don’t even know what it was, but it was refreshing, then walked back to the Best Western and got a decent nights sleep.
