July – My Big Fat Moto Tour

Birds of Prey Harley Davidson was right off the freeway outside of Boise. What better place to find a creative service department with a sharp knife! The shop was more than helpful for allowing me a space to carve and a sharp instrument to carve down the liner of my helmet. All the while, the service person was telling me that I was negating my warranty. Geeze and I thought these guys were rebels! 😀

I decided that I would deal with the liner when I returned home and could send the helmet to Nolan, but for now, I simply needed it to fit better. Once I got the foam to a comfortable size, I got back on the road and made my way to Hwy 21.

I could hear the Deliverance music twanging in Idaho City. What an odd place.

The amazing Hwy 21!! This was one of my favorite roads from the entire trip!

What can I say…just had to have the bike shot!
