Donna and Gary’s Oregon tour!

The following day it was Ally’s route.

Love this shot of Ally…makes her look like a little kid which is ironic since she is a deputy sheriff!

These flowers looked like aliens.

After departing from Ally we made our way down the coast using Ally’s route. We saw some amazing roads. One stop was at a lighthouse, but the wind was sooooooo strong we couldn’t even stop on the point. We did stop here for a quick cigarette and photo.

Once again, Gary pretty much outlined the rest of the journey. We overnighted in Crescent City and then worked our way back inland using Hwy 199 to Indian Creek road and what a delight that road is!! :love

I am sorry for breaking this up in such a fashion, but at least you get the drift. We made our way home through Happy Camp Hwy 96 to Forest Hwy 93 to Forks of Salmon and Cecilville. An amazing goat trail but what a wonderful route!!

These last couple of photos were taken last year when I rode the Forks of Salmon road, but you get the idea!

Gary and I totally enjoyed the Cecilville Road down the Hwy 3. It is perfect pavement with twisties and sweepers both and little to no traffic. It must be one of CA’s best kept secrets!! *shhhhh*

We arrived home around 10 pm tired but content. What a great ride.
