When I attended the AMA Women and Motorcycling Conference, I had the privilege of meeting the author Christina Shook whose new book, “Chicks on Bikes” is not only a celebration of female riders, but a candid look at the diversity of women who ride motorcycles. Christina’s style flows through the pages, chronicling through candid photographs and text, the spirit, purpose and mission of many women as they pursue the open highway, track or unpaved adventure. I find this book not only inspiring but artistically stimulating.
