Yesterday marked another first for me, installing a new turn signal and some new levers after the Frenso drop of Bandit2 in my friend Larry’s driveway. Well, I do need to get a manual, as I am certain it would remove some of the guess work I was using while trying to install. ; )

Here are the shiny new levers that are RED…love the red. Hope they last longer than my first set! hahahah

Secondly was installing this turn signal. Now this was the problem child, as all the dash, the mirror, windscreen and gauges had to be removed to get to the wiring clip so the new signal could be plugged in and the old one removed. But I got ‘er done!!

There is something satisfying about working on your own bike, even though it too can be frustrating. This year, I swear, I am going to get this beast onto the center stand so I can clean and lube my chain solo. This is my personal goal for 2011…GET THE BIKE ON THE CENTER STAND!!!
