I recently found that Dainese makes a chest protector for women riders. Though many see this as humorous, it’s actually a very serious piece of equipment that many a female rider will thank Dainese for. These chest protectors for women are designed to be worn either alone, (you know, on valentine’s day) or connected to a Dainese back protector, and can be worn under most leathers and female motorcyclist gear. The Dainese Thorax Pro Lady and Thorax Lady (now tell me those don’t sound like sex toys!) have flexible side plates, adjustable straps, double jersey liner and polyethylene foam padding. As serious as this piece of gear may be, it’s difficult to keep a straight face when describing it, though we all know of the protective benefits.

The “boob” protector comes in Small, Medium and large and runs right around 100 bucks.
